STRABAG is hiring a Trainee in Road and Pavement Construction focused on asphalt casting and waterproofing technology. The 15-month program provides practical experience across construction management, cost estimating, work preparation, procurement, site support, quality management, and technical and commercial project processes, including a three-month stay abroad. Participants are mentored throughout the program, and successful completion is planned to lead to a Site/Construction Manager assignment in concrete rehabilitation, asphalt casting, and waterproofing. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or a comparable field, practical experience in concrete rehabilitation, asphalt casting, or structural waterproofing is advantageous, interest in construction and rehabilitation projects, and fluent German language skills.
