Clifford Chance is seeking an Advocate Trainee for its Corporate Transactions & Advisory practice group in Amsterdam. The role involves advising on domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings, contributing to complex transactions with legal expertise, strategic insight, and commercial judgment. Candidates should be nearly graduated or have completed their Master’s in Law (Rechtsgeleerdheid), be ambitious and proactive, and be willing to rotate across practice groups.
