Hogan Lovells is hiring a Private Equity trainee in Hamburg to support complex private equity and M&A transactions, including strategic investments, buy-outs, and exits. The role offers early involvement in challenging matters, international collaboration, mentoring, training, and development opportunities. Applicants should have a satisfactory first state examination result or a completed part of that examination, strong English skills, teamwork experience, and enjoyment of challenging legal work; prior Private Equity or M&A knowledge is desirable but not required.
