Hogan Lovells is hiring a trainee for its Digital Infrastructure & Energy M&A team to support cross-border transactions involving energy technology, smart metering, data contracts, regulatory issues, and digital infrastructure. The role involves due diligence, contract and project-document analysis, research, and preparation of transaction materials, with direct access to associates and partners. Applicants should have completed or be advanced toward the first state examination, be available at least three days per week, and have an interest in technology, energy markets, AI, legal technology, and business relationships.
