Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is hiring a Research Associate to support its corporate law practice, particularly in venture capital, private equity, and the start-up scene. The role requires a satisfactory first state examination result or a completed part of that examination at a German university, interest in business relationships and processes, initial experience or interest in venture capital and start-ups, a structured problem-solving approach, teamwork, and very good English skills.
