Molex is hiring a Trainee, Manufacturing Engineering in Shijie Town, Dongguan, Guangdong. The role focuses on reducing cost of poor quality, improving process overall equipment effectiveness, supporting product launches and capacity expansion, maintaining work instructions and training documents, and assisting with production-line debugging, engineering documentation, new product introduction, and ramp-up activities. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering-related discipline and be fresh graduates with an engineering background; manufacturing, process engineering, product launch, or production support experience is preferred.
