Description
This is a full-time, 15-month traineeship for a recent civil electromechanical engineer. The trainee rotates through departments including Order Entry, Internal Sales, Production & Transport Planning, Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Technical Support, Quality and Compliance, leads a six-month personal development project, receives coaching, and develops a career path within the organization. The role requires a master’s degree in civil electromechanical engineering, fluency in Dutch, English, and French, a category B driving license, and the ability to switch between tasks.
