Description

This is a one-year TareeGE Trainee Operations Program offering an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operational aspects within a manufacturing facility. The role involves supporting and gradually assuming ownership of inspection and repair operations specifically within the Gas Turbine (GT) cell at the Jebel Ali Service Centre (JASC). The program aims to foster skill development, mentorship, and progressive responsibility in a dynamic manufacturing and repair setting.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Foundational understanding of inspection and repair processes, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and quality systems.
Academic, project-based, or internship exposure to Lean tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, Standard Work, VSM, 5S, and Daily Management Systems.
