Cargill is hiring a Trainee Operator B to study for an Operator B diploma while working on the shop floor at its Cacao & Chocolade facilities in Zaandam and Wormer. The role involves learning machines and processes, ensuring smooth production, contributing to process improvement, maintaining food safety, and working under the guidance of a practical supervisor. Trainees may already hold a Vapro A or Operator A diploma, but applicants without one are welcome if they are motivated and willing to learn. The position follows a five-shift schedule with a roster known months in advance and offers a chance of a permanent contract after completing the diploma.
