Cargill is hiring a Trainee Operator B to work in its food-production departments in Wormer or Zaandam while completing an Operator B diploma. The role combines practical machine-operation and process-support work with online theory courses, includes a five-shift schedule with a fixed roster, and offers a permanent contract after the diploma is obtained. Candidates should be motivated, willing to work hygienically in the food industry, and able to plan work and study; prior Operator A or Vapro A diplomas are helpful but not required.
