Description
Randstad Vakopleidingen Techniek is recruiting applicants for a two-year BBL operator training program in the Breda region. The program combines four practical days per week with one classroom day and independent study, preparing participants as process or mechanical operators in affiliated clients across chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals, dairy, and manufacturing. Duties include monitoring production lines, resolving malfunctions, optimizing processes, and operating advanced equipment. Applicants must be at least 18, have their own car, be available for full-time shift work, and have a good command of Dutch. The program offers two one-year contracts, a possible permanent contract after completion, travel reimbursement, pension accrual, and a gross monthly salary of €2,500 to €3,500.
