Description
The Operator will set up, operate, and adjust production machines; monitor the production process and quality; identify and resolve minor malfunctions; carry out inspections and record data; and contribute process-improvement ideas. The role works rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts in a manufacturing company in Waalwijk, offers gross monthly salary of €2,600–€3,200 plus a 25% shift allowance and 13th-month salary, and provides in-house training with prospects for progression to senior operator or specialist.
