Description
The Trainee Process Operator will set up and check machines producing PVC conveyor belts, monitor production, resolve minor malfunctions, record data, perform quality checks, and hand over shifts. The role follows a two-shift schedule from 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:30, with weekends off, and offers advancement toward senior operator or team leader. It requires at least VMBO or MBO-level education, technical aptitude or process-engineering experience, Dutch language ability, teamwork, and willingness to obtain a forklift certificate. The stated gross salary is €2,700–€3,250 per month plus a 14% shift allowance, with 25 vacation days and 8% vacation pay.
