DOC Kaas is hiring a trainee Process Operator B in Hoogeveen to work and study in a modern cheese factory. The role involves setting up and operating production machines, monitoring and adjusting processes, performing quality checks, following HACCP and hygiene guidelines, identifying and resolving minor technical malfunctions, recording production data, and working with experienced operators. The fully paid MBO Level 3 BBL training program leads to an Operator B certification, and the position offers a temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
