STRABAG AG is hiring a Trainee in Estimating/Costing for Transport Infrastructure Construction in Oberhausen. The 15-month program provides hands-on experience in bid and project estimating, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and subcontractor-bid evaluation, with collaboration across procurement, pre-construction planning, site management, and project management, including a three-month stay abroad. The trainee will be mentored throughout the program, and a position as an estimator in transport infrastructure construction is planned after successful completion. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering is required, while transport-infrastructure construction experience through internships or student assistant positions is an advantage.
