HOCHTIEF Infrastructure GmbH is hiring a Trainee Project Controlling (m/f/d) for Infrastructure Projects at its NordOst branch office in Berlin. The role involves analyzing cost, schedule, and performance data; preparing monthly closings, forecasts, and projections; monitoring project risks and opportunities; preparing reports; and supporting commercial steering across construction and infrastructure projects. The position includes a 24-month training program, mentoring, varied site and specialist assignments, and the option to work remotely. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, business administration, or a comparable program, strong analytical and communication skills, German and English proficiency, and willingness to work in the NordOst region.
