Description
The SAP HCM India Payroll Functional Consultant provides functional support across multiple clients, handles change requests, converts functional specifications into technical documentation, executes and supports unit and integrated testing, participates in UAT, delivers client training, and resolves support tickets according to SLA guidelines. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 0–2 years of SAP HCM India Payroll experience, end-to-end implementation or support experience, knowledge of personnel administration, time management, and payroll modules, ERP/SAP integration knowledge, and strong communication and customer-service skills.
