addON Solution GmbH is hiring a Trainee Software Implementation & Customer Support professional to learn egON SalesCloud, support new-customer onboarding, gather requirements, configure workflows and CRM functions, implement interfaces, and assist customers with training and questions. The role develops into independent customer implementation work and combines software, customer support, digital business processes, automation, and AI-supported functions. It is a permanent full-time position in Jena with onboarding, flexible work design, and professional development support.
