Description
Kepak is hiring a Trainee Supervisor to operate retail packing production lines and teams in the Retail Packing Hall. The role is responsible for machine setup and running, quality control, data entry, batch paperwork, production planning, downtime reduction, and communicating line requirements to the team. It is a hands-on, team-leading position with a permanent contract, Monday through Saturday shifts, and benefits including a subsidised canteen, free parking, pension contributions, and career progression.
