The Valgroup Trainee Program is an intensive development opportunity for recent graduates or students in their final year of a degree, with completed degrees between 2022 and 2026. Participants will receive mentorship, exposure to Valgroup’s plastic transformation, production, and recycling operations, and support for project management and leadership development. The program requires immediate availability, intermediate-to-advanced English, basic technical knowledge, and willingness to work in plants across various Brazilian states.
