Description
The AML Trainer leads new-hire onboarding, guides employees into client-facing production work, provides coaching and performance feedback, analyzes training outcomes, and develops customized training, assessments, continuing education, and e-learning materials. The role also supports Ready For Allocation team members and collaborates across departments to improve compliance and training processes. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of AML experience, and training delivery experience in both in-person classroom and virtual settings.
