Texas Southmost College is hiring a part-time Adjunct Trainer to design and deliver customized, noncredit craft-brewing workforce training for corporate, hospitality, beverage, and manufacturing partners. The role involves classroom, laboratory, brewing-facility, virtual, and hybrid instruction; curriculum development; assessment and recordkeeping; facility and equipment maintenance; and compliance with college, state, federal, and TABC/TTB requirements. It is project-based and flexible, with assignments driven by employer demand and contract timelines.
