Texas Southmost College is hiring a part-time Adjunct Trainer - Diesel Technology to design and deliver customized, noncredit workforce training for diesel technology, preventative maintenance, and heavy equipment mechanics. The project-based role serves transportation, logistics, and manufacturing partners in corporate, classroom, laboratory, mechanical shop, virtual, or hybrid settings and includes curriculum development, assessments, student records, equipment and facility upkeep, and compliance with EPA, OSHA, and college standards. The position requires diesel technology education or equivalent credentials, at least three years of relevant industry experience, active ASE and EPA certifications, bilingual English-Spanish ability, and the ability to obtain instructor or proctor credentialing.
