Description
Texas Southmost College is hiring a part-time Adjunct Trainer to design and deliver customized, noncredit facilities maintenance workforce training for corporate, industrial, and construction/trades partners. The project-based role involves classroom, laboratory, virtual, and hybrid instruction; curriculum development; assessment and recordkeeping; and maintenance of maintenance-training facilities and equipment. Candidates need relevant facilities maintenance education or equivalent, three years of industry experience, two years of teaching or industry training experience, applicable trade certification or licensure, and bilingual English-Spanish proficiency. The position is based at the Main Campus and may require flexible day, evening, holiday, or weekend hours.
