Texas Southmost College is hiring a part-time Adjunct Trainer to deliver customized, noncredit masonry workforce training for construction, restoration, and building-trade partners. The role involves teaching bricklaying, CMU installation, mortar work, scaffolding safety, and related topics in classroom, laboratory, virtual, or hybrid settings; developing curriculum; assessing learners; maintaining training facilities and equipment; and complying with college and OSHA requirements. The position is project-based, flexible, and may require day, evening, holiday, or weekend work.
