The role prepares employees for safe, compliant field operations, supports workforce readiness and learner development, maintains training records, manages training equipment and facilities, and contributes to curriculum and instructor development. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–5 years of industrial services operational experience, relevant operational and training experience, and the ability to obtain required instructor certifications; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
