Description
The Shift Trainer trains and evaluates associates on MHE and classroom instructions, conducts initial and cross-training, creates work reference guides, certifies associates, supports operations, participates in safety and YOBE processes, and manages associate system logins. The role runs Monday through Thursday plus overtime and holidays from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and pays $20.50 per hour. Related technical experience and MHE experience are required, while stand-up forklift, reach truck, clamp, slip, scrubber, and high school diploma experience or education are preferred.
