Description
DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Trainer to onboard and train associates, outside workers, and vendors on material-handling equipment and classroom procedures. The role includes evaluating associate performance, creating work references, certifying associates for MHE, supporting operations, conducting BBS observations, participating in safety activities, and managing system logins. The position runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m., pays $20.75 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium, and offers an attendance bonus. Preferred qualifications include 2–3 years of MHE experience, safety knowledge, training experience, Microsoft knowledge, communication skills, customer service experience, and WMS experience.
