Description
The B shift Trainer trains and evaluates associates on MHE and classroom instructions, conducts initial and cross-training, creates work reference guides, certifies associates, supports operations, participates in safety and YOBE processes, and manages associate system logins. The role requires related technical experience and MHE experience with sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks; stand-up forklift, reach truck, clamp, slip, and scrubber experience are preferred, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.
