Transco (First Student) is hiring a School Bus Driver Trainer in Quebec City, Quebec. The role trains new drivers in classroom and on-road settings, supports current employees, assesses driver skills against provincial and company standards, maintains training records, participates in incident investigations and safety initiatives, and travels between training sites. The desired profile includes a Class 2 driver’s license with an F endorsement, at least two years of bus-driving experience, training or mentoring experience, an impeccable driving record, strong communication and group facilitation skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
