TTEC is hiring an onsite Learning & Development Trainer in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental to support and engage new hires in training on company values, tools, timekeeping apps, client products, and procedures. The role focuses on teaching, testing, mentoring, and monitoring attendance/absence during the training process, while fostering an inclusive learning environment and helping trainees succeed in their new roles.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Required Previous Experiences: At least 6 months of experience in training and adult learning or call center experience
