Description
TTEC is hiring an onsite Learning and Development Trainer in Philippines locations including Araneta, Cainta, Five Ecom Pasay, Novaliches, and UP Technohub. The role supports and mentors new hires through client product and procedure training, teaches company values and workspaces, tests and monitors attendance, and helps trainees develop the tools and systems knowledge needed for their new roles. The position reports to the Manager, Learning & Development and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of training, adult learning, or call center experience, team-building ability, and computer experience.
