Sagility is hiring a Trainer in Instruction Content to work from home in the United States. The role designs and delivers healthcare-focused training programs, develops eLearning storyboards, courses, audio and video scripts, facilitator and participant guides, job aids, assessments, quizzes, and other instructional materials, and collaborates with healthcare domain experts, graphics designers, developers, and vendors. Candidates need a graduate or diploma and at least four years of relevant experience as a content writer and instructional designer, along with strong communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and adult-learning knowledge; learning management systems and virtual classroom software are preferred.
