VisionQuest is hiring a Trainer to design, develop, and deliver compliance-focused training for employees at its Residential Treatment Center. The role assesses training needs, translates Texas licensing and DFPS requirements into engaging instruction, facilitates instructor-led and blended learning, coaches employees, evaluates training effectiveness, and maintains compliance records. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of instructor-led training experience, LMS experience, and relevant certifications; the position is primarily office- and classroom-based with occasional travel and flexible scheduling.
