Ocado Logistics is hiring a full-time, permanent Trainer – Delivery Operations / Site Trainer in Batley, Leeds. The role combines practical and classroom-based training in customer service, food safety, manual handling, safe systems of work, site marshal training, and compliance courses, with driver coaching covering risk awareness, driving skills, and Highway Code best practice. The trainer will work with new and experienced colleagues, provide feedback, track progress, maintain audit-ready records, and support training across multiple locations. Workplace training experience, communication, adaptability, Google Workspace, PowerPoint, and willingness to travel are required; driver coaching experience, DVSA Approved Driving Instructor status, fleet registration, and UK traffic regulations are desirable. The role requires meeting Ocado’s driving and insurance requirements.
