The role includes planning training assignments, coordinating with training officers, monitoring learning progress, preparing and administering examinations, recruiting junior talent, and implementing internal and external training projects. Candidates should have completed training in electronics or automation technology, ideally several years of professional experience, and successful further training as a state-certified technician or master; instructor qualification and trainee-support experience are advantageous.
