Description
Horst Busch Elektro-Technik GmbH is hiring a Trainer for commercial trainees to serve as the technical point of contact for commercial and technical trainees across its group of companies. The role includes conducting and evaluating internal trainings, developing and implementing a training concept, visiting construction sites, supporting trainees with exam preparation, providing progress feedback, and participating in trainee meetings and recruitment events. Candidates must have successfully completed commercial training; an Ada certificate is desirable, and the position is based in Hamburg.
