Description
The Trainer will manage learning and development activities for UFF sites, third-party hubs, and dark stores in the North. The role owns business goals, identifies knowledge gaps, tracks site performance, delivers new-process and BQM training through ITL or digital learning, maintains Excel reports, supports new-hire and coaching programs, partners with operations leaders, identifies and certifies learning coaches, leads improvement projects, and drives quality and learning metrics. Candidates need written and verbal communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office experience; training needs analysis experience is preferred.
