Avid Bioservices is hiring a Manufacturing Trainer to support GMP manufacturing operations across upstream, downstream, and formulation. The role delivers classroom, virtual, and on-the-floor training; facilitates OJT qualification; develops SOP-based and e-learning materials; maintains training records; supports onboarding and competency development; coaches employees; and tracks compliance KPIs. It is a full-time onsite position with a Monday-through-Friday schedule and overtime as needed, offering $25.48 to $33.99 per hour plus bonuses and benefits.
