Grone-Bildungszentren NRW Rheinland gGmbH is hiring a Trainer (Practical Instruction / Project Work) for its Stolberg location from 28 September 2026 to 30 July 2027, initially for one year with possible continued employment. The role supports the “Startklar” program for young people by planning and delivering practical and project-based instruction, teaching craft-based and everyday-life skills, supporting apprenticeships and work trials, providing feedback, and ensuring occupational health and safety. Applicants need a recognized vocational or academic qualification, generally at least one year of apprenticeship-instruction experience, and qualities such as empathy, patience, teamwork, creativity, intercultural competence, and project-planning ability.
