Sutherland is hiring an onsite Trainer in Tarlac to deliver and evaluate soft and technical training for clients and employees. The role includes creating and revising training materials, facilitating new-hire, nesting, BQM, product, behavioral, and tool-change training, coaching trainees, overseeing progression, and maintaining client and team communication. Candidates need at least two years of trainer experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, B2 English, strategic problem-solving ability, flexibility for shifting or graveyard schedules, and strong communication, confidentiality, customer-service, leadership, and team-building skills.
