Discovery is hiring a Training Advisor for Kidd Operations to support training needs across its departments. The role develops and delivers training materials, coordinates contractor and concentrator training, implements training delivery plans, verifies contractor competencies, ensures compliance with legislative requirements, schedules and documents training activities, and mentors training officers and embedded trainers. Candidates should have a university degree or college diploma, 2–4 years of training experience, technical writing and facilitation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI. The position offers CAD 80,000–100,000 in annual compensation plus health, dental, life, disability, wellness, pension, and other benefits.
