The Learning and Development Specialist will support the implementation and evaluation of learning solutions, analyze business and learning needs, design and curate content, deliver training, manage change, and report on learning programs. The role reports to the Learning and Development Manager in Campinas, Brazil, requires an undergraduate degree and advanced or fluent English, and offers benefits including 40 days of working from home, health and dental plans, a bonus, and other allowances.
