Mercado Envíos is seeking a Training Specialist to own the training strategy for its Fulfillment (Full) operation. The role develops and tracks process-improvement rollouts, plans and executes training programs, monitors operational and learning KPIs, diagnoses training needs, and supports continuous improvement. Candidates need a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, strong facilitation and communication skills, advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency, collaborative leadership, and flexibility to travel between distribution centers or warehouses.
