Pherson is seeking a mid-level Training Analytics Developer to design, maintain, and improve data-driven reporting and visualization systems supporting training and certification programs. The role develops metrics, interactive reports, analytical tools, and system enhancements; provides training; and represents the GPC Program on technical teams. It is a full-time contract position in Springfield, Virginia, requiring TS/SCI clearance, with an anticipated start date of August 1, 2026, and a salary range of $95,000–$110,000.
