ABB is hiring a Training & Capability Development Specialist for US ELSE Commercial Operations to build and execute learning strategies supporting business transformation, process adoption, and workforce development. The role involves designing instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs; creating training materials and documentation; partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts; managing onboarding and role-based development; coordinating training events; maintaining LMS content; and monitoring participation and effectiveness. The position requires a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, training, or organizational capability building, with a stated annual salary of $100,500 to $160,800 and eligibility for a short-term incentive plan or annual bonus.
