Description
The Training Intern will apply instructional design, adult learning, and education principles to organize training content into learning objectives, lesson structures, practical exercises, assessments, and supporting materials. The role collaborates with technical subject matter experts, operations personnel, and technical documentation teams to understand existing content, identify gaps, and improve the consistency and effectiveness of industrial and technical training programs. The intern will also help establish a more formal training framework for complex products and operational capabilities.
