The role involves strategic presentations, customized training materials, feedback analysis, monitoring adoption and satisfaction metrics, recommending training paths, and improving engagement and relationship programs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, training and development experience, knowledge of adult learning and corporate teaching methodologies, and familiarity with content creation and visual communication tools.
