Description
AUMOVIO is seeking a student trainee to participate in planning, organizing, and delivering company-wide soft-skills training; translating professional materials; preparing training materials, visual aids, internal communications, and creative content; supporting talent and performance management systems; contributing to organization-development concepts; and preparing reports and statistics. The role requires current full-time higher-education study, at least one additional year of student status, MS Office 365 proficiency, a 20–30-hour weekly commitment, intermediate English, accuracy, reliability, and an interest in trainer-related responsibilities.
