Description

BHS Construction is hiring a full-time Training & Development Manager to develop, implement, and manage training and coaching programs for field and office staff in a construction environment. The role covers safety, SOPs, software tools, learning management systems, leadership development, employee advancement, KPI tracking, and workforce competency, while reporting to the HR Manager and requiring travel between job sites and offices.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or construction industry experience
Required Previous Experiences: 3-5 years of training and development experience
Prior leadership, supervisory, or coaching experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications: OSHA 30, CPTD, or other recognized training/instructional design certification
Understanding of field operations, project management, construction workflows, and safety practices
Background in workforce development or adult training
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, construction management software, and scheduling and reporting systems
Experience in commercial, civil, industrial, or general construction operations
